Windshield Repair

Any damage to your car window should be fixed right away. Repair is possible when only the outer layer of the laminated safety glass is damaged. Many small chips only affect the outer layer of the windshield, and they can be repaired before getting any worse. You can save both time and money repairing the windshield instead of replacing it. Automobile insurance companies may waive the deductible and pay for the repair. 

Typically rock chips can be repaired when they are smaller than the size of a quarter and are not in the driver's direct line of sight. These types of repairs take about 30 minutes to fix and usually only leave a small blemish where the glass was broken. Here are some typical rock chips that can be repaired:
